Daniel Petrides and a case he is appearing in, Rokstone Ltd v Tiggy Butler, have been featured in The Times and The Daily Mail.
The dispute involves a luxury interior designer, Tiggy Butler, who failed to pay commission to her estate agent after selling her London mansion for £10.3m. She is counterclaiming in professional negligence against the estate agent for allegedly failing to secure a higher offer on the property.
Daniel Petrides is acting as sole counsel for the claimant, Rokstone Ltd, instructed by Will Thompson of Fladgate LLP.
