The Edward Nugee Memorial Lectures

Date: June 2015

Location: The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PL

CPD: Each lecture is worth 1.0 CPD

Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on technical topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers. Wilberforce Chambers has a well-established reputation in the field of pensions law, due in large part to the late Edward Nugee QC, to whose memory these lectures are dedicated. The fields to be covered are section 75, South West Trains agreements, TUPE transfers and pensions flexibility and the barristers speaking have been heavily involved in advising and litigating in these areas, which enables them to share valuable insights into the more difficult issues which arise in practice.
