Wilberforce welcomes new tenants as growth of its specialist Property Group continues

Wilberforce Chambers are delighted to announce that Mark Wonnacott QC and Harriet Holmes have accepted offers to join Chambers. They will become members of chambers from Monday 16th October 2017.

Mark has an exceptional reputation in commercial property litigation. His cases include Vivienne Westwood v Conduit Street Dev, a dispute concerning penal conditions affecting a lease, and The Supreme Court decision in Berrisford v Mexfield concerning the certainty of term rule in leases.  In addition to his mainstream commercial property practice Mark also has a specialist interest in matters involving commons, mines and minerals, sporting rights, and agricultural holdings.

Harriet is a property specialist and is currently singled out as an “up and coming junior” in real estate litigation, ranked by Chambers & Partners. Her specialist practice encompasses commercial and residential landlord and tenant, and real property matters including development work.
