Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers.
This year’s talks are chaired by Jonathan Hilliard QC and James McCreath.
The 3rd lecture in our series is:

- Extrinsic contracts and estoppel in public-sector pension schemes: what, if anything, is the relevance of any limits on the authority’s powers?
- The implications of Hampshire v PPF
- Judicial review of the Regulator, in scheme funding, moral hazard, and PPF levy
