Caruana [2025] EWCA Civ. 606 and how analogous concepts are treated by offshore courts. She will be speaking alongside Lizzie Barclay (Sinclair Gibson LLP) and Laura Smith (Collas Crill, Guernsey). The talk will be followed by networking drinks and canapés.
