Elizabeth Houghton will be taking part in an in-person discussion of the fascinating concept of secret trusts, including the significance of the recent Court of Appeal judgment in Lorenz v. Caruana [2025] EWCA Civ. 606 and how analogous concepts are treated by offshore courts. She will be speaking alongside Lizzie Barclay (Sinclair Gibson LLP) and Laura Smith (Collas Crill, Guernsey). The talk will be followed by networking drinks and canapés.
