He is delivering a workshop with Eleanor Davies (Carey Olsen), Alice Rogers (Hall Brown) and Piers Digby (Radcliffe Chambers) entitled “O tempora! O mores! When can you use a litigant’s bad behaviour against them?”
The session will cover:
- What to do when tax affairs come under the microscope in trusts litigation
- When can one use misconduct as a lever?
- Where is the line between exposing past wrongs and blackmail?
