  • Courses of action to consider or hurdles to watch out for when going to court in the context of asset recovery and / or recovery actions (misfeasance, breach of duty or fraud type claims). Lessons from the speakers’ recent cases.
  • Different routes to receivership and pros & cons
  • Directors’ duties and cases where directors have been held liable for losses in liquidations
