LIDW 2026

Wilberforce Chambers is delighted to be involved in London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2026, a multi-day conference comprising events looking at key issues and trends across the international commercial disputes community.

Tiffany Scott KC will be speaking with Darrell Chiheb, Rachel Kerr and Tim Hillier, and the session will be chaired by Nicholas Levy (Trowers & Hamlins).

International investors in UK development projects are navigating a rapidly shifting litigation landscape, driven by the expanding obligations and liabilities under the Building Safety Act, and by the growing complexity of neighbour related disputes. This session explores three of the most significant areas:

  • Building Safety Act-related litigation
  • Rights of light disputes
  • Nuisance and trespass claims

The panel will offer practical guidance on how to identify, allocate and mitigate these risks, while effectively managing contentious issues as they arise.
