This is the first Pensions Lecture in our latest series of lectures by pension law practitioners on current topics of particular interest. Wilberforce has a well-established reputation in the field of pensions law, due in large part to the late Edward Nugee QC, to whose memory these lectures are dedicated.

  • The latest on recovery of overpayments: limitation, recoupment and s 91 PA 1995
  • Equitable set-off in statutory schemes: Re Mr E, PO-29198
  • The effect of limitation periods on claims for benefit underpayments following Lloyds and Axminster
