Wilberforce Chambers invites you to our latest series of lectures by pension law practitioners on current topics of particular interest. Wilberforce has a well-established reputation in the field of pensions law, due in large part to the late Edward Nugee QC, to whose memory these lectures are dedicated.

This webinar will be delivered by Paul Newman QC and chaired by Emily Campbell. Paul’s talk will cover the following:

  • Exit credits in the LGPS
  • The legal effect of strategy statements
  • Investment issues
  • Where are we on McCloud and Sargeant?
