Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers.

This year’s talks are chaired by Jonathan Hilliard QC and James McCreath.

The 4th lecture in our series is:

  • Horton v Henry and the position in bankruptcy
  • Pensions as an inheritance tax shelter
  • ss.67, 91, 92, and the limits on member consent
  • Member choice and DC litigation

6.30pm – 7.30pm followed by drinks.

Fee:
£70 + VAT = £84.00 per lecture, or a discounted rate of £250 + VAT = £300 for all four lectures.
