- How to effect rescission: the ‘trigger’ and other practical considerations
- Complicating factors:
- Counter-restitution: what actually is it and when is it an issue?
- How are third-party rights affected?
- Does the court have a discretion to refuse rescission?
Join Jonathan Davey KC, Daniel Scott, Francesca Mitchell and Zihang Liu as they host this breakfast briefing.
