Postponed: Wilberforce BCQS Seminar: Hurdles to development and how to clear them

Tuesday 13 September 2022
12pm - 1pm
BCQS Head Office Abbott Building, 87 Main Street Tortola, BVI
1.0 CPD

In light of the period of national mourning in the UK following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, and respecting the position of Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories, Chambers has taken the decision to reschedule this event. When we have a new date confirmed, we will update our website.

We are pleased to partner with BCQS in BVI, where John McGhee QC, Harriet Holmes and Daniel Petrides will be giving a presentation on:

Hurdles to development and how to clear them

  • Restrictive covenants
  • Prescriptive rights and leisure rights after Regency Villas
  • Registration issues under codified systems

The full programme is available to download here.

Please email if you would like to RSVP or have any questions.
