Wilberforce Norwich Seminar: A Commercial Property Update

Thursday 19 July 2018
4.00pm - 6.30pm
The King's Centre, 63-75 King Street, Norwich, England NR1 1PH
2.0 CPD

Wilberforce Chambers are coming to Norwich on Thursday 19th July with a number of topical talks being delivered by its members. The particular focus of this event is to look at what lessons can be learnt from recently decided cases in a number of different areas including endeavours clauses, joint ventures, anti-trespass injunctions and break clauses. The aim is to put various cases under the spotlight, examine familiar problems, look at how the courts have interpreted certain issues in the past and suggest solutions. We hope this conference will appeal to litigators and non-litigators alike.

Speakers:

Julian Greenhill QC

Tiffany Scott QC

Jonathan Chew
