Wilberforce co-edits and contributes to Kerr & Hunter on Receivers & Administrators

Members of Wilberforce Chambers’ Insolvency Team have co-edited, and contributed to, the latest edition of Sweet & Maxwell’s leading insolvency text, Kerr & Hunter on Receivers and Administrators. Tom Robinson was one of two editors of the work, and chapters on administration and administrative receivership were written by him, Marcia Shekerdemian QC, Anna Littler and Bobby Friedman.
