Leading Junior Philippe Kuhn joins Wilberforce

Wilberforce Chambers is delighted to announce that Philippe Kuhn has joined Chambers from 11th August 2025.

Philippe is ranked in Legal 500 as a Leading Junior and acts regularly in international commercial disputes in the Commercial Court and Chancery Division in London, international arbitration and offshore jurisdictions (including BVI, Gibraltar and Jersey). In particular, Philippe has strong experience in civil fraud and asset recovery, banking and financial services, offshore trusts, shareholder, company and insolvency disputes.

Philippe was described in Legal 500 as ‘Extremely knowledgeable, client-friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. Philippe is technically excellent and has a great ability to boil down complex issues to their basic principles, making it easy for clients to decide on a course of action.’
