INSOL International Channel Islands Seminar

Daniel Lewis is chairing a panel at the INSOL Channel Islands Seminar on Thursday 17th September at St Pierre Park, Guernsey.

The panel is entitled “Entirely True. Except When It Isn’t”. The panellists will compete to convince attendees that their scenario really happened — even when it didn’t. Some are drawn from genuine cases and real-life practice; others are expertly fabricated. After each story, the audience votes on whether it is entirely true, or not, before the truth is revealed and points are awarded. Fast-paced, competitive and interactive, this session is designed to entertain while exposing just how strange, counter-intuitive and surprising insolvency and restructuring can be — even when everyone involved is being completely honest. Mostly.
