Disposals in administration [Part 1]: Who is “connected”?

David Pollard and Thomas Robinson have recorded our latest WebChat which discusses new restrictions on sales and other disposals in administration under paragraph 60A of Sch B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Administration (Restrictions on Disposal etc to Connected Persons) Regulations 2021.
