Judgment handed down in Re Petrofac Ltd

On 20 May 2025, Mr Justice Marcus Smith handed down judgment in the matter of Re Petrofac Ltd [2025] EWHC 1250 (Ch), sanctioning a major restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006.
