12 May 2025
W Hotel, Barcelona

The seventh Fresh Perspectives contentious trusts conference will take place in Barcelona in May, and will bring together leading private client solicitors, barristers, offshore lawyers and trust practitioners from different jurisdictions.

Various members of Chambers will be in attendance.

Clare Stanley KC and Jennifer Seaman will be speaking on a panel entitled, ‘Future-Proofing: Anticipating Key Legal Issues for the Year Ahead’, a quick-fire session on key legal issues the Contentious Trusts world will be grappling with in the near future and key cases coming up over the next year. The session is with three other barristers (Edward Cumming KC, Giles Richardson KC and Rose Featherstonhaugh).
