Untangling the knot: tackling common Chancery issues that arise in matrimonial proceedings

We are delighted to announce our inaugural Chancery Issues in Divorce symposium, taking place this June at a premier venue in the heart of Mayfair.

Designed for practitioners across both trusts and matrimonial law, this event explores the increasingly complex intersection where matrimonial proceedings meet chancery expertise.

Our barristers will lead a series of high-level discussions focusing on the nuances of third-party involvement in matrimonial proceedings (including debt and mistake claims), enforcement against corporate assets, and the sophisticated application of trust and company law in a divorce context.

Following the afternoon’s technical programme, we hope you will join us for drinks and canapés on the Dovetale Restaurant’s outdoor terrace, offering an opportunity for alfresco networking with colleagues as the summer evening sets in.
