David Pollard, Tom Robinson and Rachael Earle discuss the permanent provisions in the new Act (CIGA 2020), looking by way of example at the impact on pensions. The session is chaired by Lexa Hilliard QC and looks at:

  • The new super-super-priority for some debts (ahead of the super-priority for adopted employee claims in administration)
  • The supply of goods and services provisions – prohibition of “ipso facto” clauses
  • The new moratorium
  • The new restructuring plan (CA 2006, new Part 26A)
