We are delighted to announce the return of the Wilberforce Trusts Conference, which took place this year as two virtual events from 5pm (UK time) on 23rd and 25th February 2021.

This webinar, comprises two panel discussions: the first covers Webb v Webb, illusory trusts and reserved powers, and the second focuses on funding/costs in the trusts context, where we are delighted to be joined by guest speaker Daniel Hall from Burford Capital.
