Judgment handed down in Geneva Trust Company (GTC) SA v Robert Tchenguiz

On 20 March 2026, the Jersey Court of Appeal handed down judgment in the long-running case of Geneva Trust Company (GTC) SA v Robert Tchenguiz.

The appeal was allowed on the basis of arguments in relation to the scope of a previous settlement agreement between the parties in related Guernsey proceedings.

Philippe Kuhn assisted Damian James of Collas Crill LLP in acting for the successful appellant, Mr Robert Tchenguiz.
