To begin our series of Company and Shareholder Breakfast Briefings, the first session will discuss ‘Directors’ duties – an essential guide’.

This briefing will cover:

  • ​What directors need to know for the purposes of a s.171 breach
  • ​The s.172 duty following Saxon Woods
  • ​Making good a s.174 breach
  • ​Conflicts of interest and diversion of corporate opportunities under s.175
  • ​Waddell: pre-meditated removals, the duty of good faith and breach of duty

Join Bobby Friedman KC, Rachael Earle, Daniel Scott and Ernest Leung as they host this breakfast briefing.

This session will be hosted from 8.30am at The Wilberforce Building, 77 Chancery Lane. We will be serving pastries and hot drinks upon arrival, and the talk will start at 8.45am and end at 9.30am.
