Our annual Trusts Litigation Day returns on Monday 20 January 2020 at InterContinental London Park Lane and features a number of topical talks delivered by members of Chambers as well as several workshops where guests will work through a series of scenarios with Wilberforce guides.

We are also delighted to announce that guest speaker Birke Häcker (Professor of Comparative Law, University of Oxford) will be closing this year’s conference with a talk on “Trusts in the Civilian World”.

A drinks reception will follow the conference, and afterwards guests are invited to join us for dinner in Theo Randall (located in the hotel). Please note that guests need to register their place at the dinner in advance; the price for attending both the conference and dinner is £360 + VAT and the conference only cost is £299 + VAT.
