Telecoms Breakfast Briefing – Faster, better, cheaper – pick [one? two? all three?]
8:30am: Registration and breakfast
8:40am: Panel discussion – Jonathan Seitler QC, Julian Greenhill QC, Zoë Barton, Harriet Holmes
Hear from a panel which counts amongst it appearances in most of the high-profile cases decided under the Code… acting on both sides, operator and site provider. In 50 mins, they will speak on, debate and answer your questions about:
Renewals and Compton Beauchamp: Who can renew and how? Where are we now? What does Compton Beauchamp tell us, and when does it bite? Are there any work-arounds for those affected?
Interim and Temporary Rights under the Code: what are these? What’s the difference between them? How do you make them work? What do they tell us about the rest of the Code? Does University of London tell us anything we didn’t already know?
Upgrading: What rights to upgrade do operators have? What rights can they acquire? What are the limits of those rights? What about 5G?
9:15am: Q&A
9:30am: Coffee and networking
Please note, this event is free of charge to attend. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To RSVP, please email seminars@wilberforce.co.uk or for more information about the Wilberforce Property team click here.
