12.30pm - 5.30pm followed by drinks and canapés
St Pancras Autograph Collection, London

Our Commercial Litigation Conference returns for 2025 at a fresh venue for Wilberforce, the iconic St Pancras Autograph Collection.

Our programme will explore the complexities of international commercial litigation. Key topics will include: director and shareholder disputes, exclusion clauses, s.32 of the Limitation Act, and the latest changes relating to the 2019 Hague Convention.

Throughout the day, there will be plentiful opportunities for networking with our barristers, including after the conference, where drinks and canapés will take place in the hotel’s beautiful ‘Ladies Smoking Room’, offering spectacular views of the clock tower.
