Wilberforce Commercial Litigation Conference 2026

Our Commercial Litigation Conference returns to The Langham on Wednesday 14^th October.

This year’s programme, built around the theme “It’s not just this dispute”, looks beyond the case at hand to the broader context, equipping practitioners with practical insights into the challenges and opportunities that arise across multiple ongoing pieces of litigation.

Throughout the day, there will be several opportunities to network with fellow colleagues and our barristers, including after the conference, where drinks, including Champagne, and canapés will be served from 5.30pm in the hotel’s famous Palm Court.
